当サイト名「GrandPaPP™」とは、

Grand Practices archive for Pain & Palliative Medicine and Care

（痛みと緩和医療・ケアのための知識の集積）

を意味する造語です。

ただ、それだけではありません。

名前には、「GrandPa（おじいちゃん）」のイメージも重ねています。

それは、漫画『ONE PIECE』に登場する「ガープ」や「レイリー」のような存在です。

「ガープ」や「レイリー」は、年齢を重ねてもなお、

（経験・知識）×（覇王色の覇気）

で、並みいる強者達を圧倒するところに、面白さと魅力があります。

もちろん漫画の世界ですが、

AIの出現に伴い、

の組み合わせは、多くの医療情報の中で迷走している方々の、

一助になり得るのではないかと考えています。

私自身の学びを集積するこのサイトが、

However, the name means more than that.

It also carries the image of a “GrandPa” — an experienced elder figure.

In my mind, it reflects characters such as “Garp” and “Rayleigh” from the manga ONE PIECE.

Even at an advanced age, characters like Garp and Rayleigh continue to overwhelm powerful opponents through:

(Experience & Knowledge) × (Conqueror’s Haki)

That combination of accumulated experience, wisdom, and presence is part of what makes them so compelling.

Of course, this belongs to the world of fiction.

However, in the emerging era of AI, I believe that the combination of:

may become helpful for people who feel lost within the overwhelming amount of medical information now available.
