🟢麻酔科医として周術期管理に従事しつつ、緩和ケアを軸に、緩和ケア（病棟・チーム・外来）、ペインクリニック外来において、
難治性疼痛、倦怠感をはじめとする諸症状への対応、在宅移行支援、倫理的検討に関わる診療の日々を過ごしています。
このサイトでは、日々の臨床で生じる「整理しにくい論点」や「再利用できる知見」を、できるだけ一般化した形で記録しています。多くの日本の医療者のみならず、患者さんまで、最新の論文へのアクセスを容易にするために雑誌論文の日本語訳とキーワードを発信し、最小の労力で日々の医学情報の更新がアップデート出来るように、求めている情報にたどり着けるように、そんな「場」を提供出来れば、と考えています。
目指しているのは、特定施設の事情や個別症例の共有ではなく、医療者が現場で考える際の「足場」となるような整理です。
ガイドライン、原著論文、日常診療経験のあいだを往復しながら、痛み・緩和医療領域における臨床的な解釈と実践知の整理を試みています。

While working as an anesthesiologist involved in perioperative management, I also practice in the fields of palliative care and pain medicine, including palliative care wards, consultation teams, outpatient palliative care, and pain clinic services.
My daily clinical work involves the management of refractory pain, fatigue, and other distressing symptoms, as well as support for home care transitions and ethical decision-making in clinical practice.
On this site, I record the “hard-to-organize clinical questions” and “reusable insights” that arise in daily clinical practice, in as generalized a form as possible.
To make access to the latest medical literature easier not only for many healthcare professionals in Japan, but also for patients, I share Japanese translations of journal articles and keywords.
My hope is to provide a place where people can keep up with daily medical information with minimal effort, and reach the information they are looking for more easily.
The goal of this site is not to share the circumstances of any specific institution or individual case, but rather to provide a conceptual framework that may serve as a foundation for healthcare professionals when thinking through clinical issues in practice.
By moving back and forth between clinical guidelines, original research articles, and everyday patient care, I attempt to organize practical clinical interpretations and experiential knowledge in the fields of pain and palliative medicine.
I hope this site may be of value to those who need it.
